Our Ministry Needs
We are seeking the appointment of an ordained minister (full time equivalent) for an initial term of 5 years. This could include a shared ministry option between a couple or ministry team (two people), at least one of whom will be ordained.

We consider it critical that the minister/s bring passion and energy and are:
• Able to engage and build relationships with children, youth and families
• Able to recognise and encourage the skills and gifts of others in order to lead and motivate other members of the ministry team
• Ordained and able to act as a guide to a variety of theological perspectives and provide spiritual leadership in the parish
• Accepting of the challenge of undertaking a variety of approaches to worship
• Committed to working within a uniting parish and with the Parish Council and its committees to achieve the Parish mission
• Have pastoral skills that enable them to form relationships across all age groups and with a diverse group of people
• Able to work effectively as part of a team including a part time (30 hour/wk) parish administrator and a part time family work co-ordinator
